English for Young Learners

Our English for Young Learners Program helps school-aged students learn the skills
and language they need to integrate into the public school system.

OVERVIEW

Academic English training and core subjects taught in the BC school’s curriculum

Develop English skills in all areas and in subjects such as social studies, math, science, and health & career

Program based on the BC education outline and learning objectives by age and grade

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Children placed by age group
  • Learn the English in relation to the core subjects
  • Students will read 4-8 books a month
  • Weekly assignments and homework as done in the BC school system

  • Global College’s Placement Test

23 instructional hours per week
Minimum enrolment of 4 weeks
